Sometimes the best assignments come along: when we can really help an organization grow with our expertise of Salesforce! This happened for Stichting Babyspullen, a non-profit foundation which helps soon to be parents in financial distress with the basic needs for their little one, such as clothing and hygiene products. Nextview helped Stichting Babyspullen to automate several parts of their processes, so volunteers have time to help clients instead of doing paperwork.
How the Salesforce implementation helps Stichting Babyspullen
1 of every 9 babies is born in poverty, while every single baby deserves an equal start. This was the motivation for our Sales Practice to help the team improve their work and to register all the new orders and sponsors automatically in Salesforce. Compliance with the GDPR legislation is saved, orders are checked on duplicates, and of course new requests for funding and donations are registered. Summaries and totals of all data are captured in reports and dashboards in order to provide these for government grants.
Letting Stichting Babyspullen focus on their core business
Our consultants worked on different parts of the implementation, and together we delivered a full sales and service implementation. We helped in our own area of expertise, so Stichting Babyspullen can do what they do best: provide a lot of stuff for babies who need it the most.
And while being able to help was already a great reward, we were super proud to receive a perfect Customer Satisfaction Score of 10.0 after delivering the project!
