When you get in touch with us, we ask you to provide us with personal data so we could contact you to schedule a conversation. We understand the importance of privacy and we thank you for trusting us with this valuable information. We’re committed to keeping that trust. That starts with helping you understand what we do with your personal data, during and after the conversation. Therefore this statement applies to all former, current and future contact moments.
What information do we collect?
We collect personal data, meaning any information that tells us something about you or that can be linked to you as a person. We collect the information as stated below:
- First name, Last name. E-mail, job role, company name, phone, country
- Any information the participant mentions in the column message, that could be related to an individual.
How do we collect your personal data?
We collect your personal data because you provide them to us by filling in the details on the Contact page. We only collect the data the individual wrote in the fields and we can only collect the data if you checked the box to agree with the privacy statement.
Why do we process your personal data?
We only process personal data to enable our Sales, Marketing and Management Team to contact you. We may use your data for the purposes as listed below:
- To schedule meetings for consulting related conversations.
- To inform individuals about upcoming events, webinars and best practices
- To contact individuals for consulting related activities.
Do we share your personal data with other companies outside Nextview?
For the reasons listed above Nextview may share your personal information with, between or amongst it offices. Your personal data may also be shared to third party service providers that have a contract with Nextview such as Happy Horizon, MuleSoft and Salesforce. We may also share with third parties if we have obtained your consent or due to a legal obligation; in response to a court order or request form a government body.
How long do we keep your personal data?
If you send us your data, we maintain the individual’s data for a maximum of one year. After one year the individual will receive a mail to opt-out and if not opted-out, their data will be kept in the system.
How do we secure your personal data?
Your data is secured within Salesforce. Only our Sales, Marketing and Management Team (and Salesforce admins) have access to the environment your data is stored, but only our Sales, Marketing and Management Team are allowed to contact the individuals.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
