Designing better business every day

Nextview helps clients to win through digital transformation. We know how to realize, sustain and deal with exponential growth. And as you might know, growing provides a sense of abundance to do good in the world. Since the very beginning, we are designing better business: growing our positive impact in the world and measuring our success by the changes we make. We are a Certified B Corporation and support impact ventures that change the world.

Environment

We are a founding partners of Maas Cleanup, a business collaboration to solve the litter problem, now petitioning to give the Maas a legal status. Nextview is also a partner, board member, and impact investor of Plastic whale, which creates value out of plastic waste found in the Dutch canals.

We research environmentally friendly options for everything we do or need, aim for a 100% electric vehicle pool in 2025, and pledged to be net-zero for CO2 by that very same year. While working from home over the past few years, we created a Virtual Office policy to keep up environmentally friendly practices while working at home.

Human rights

Keeping our employees healthy and positive has been our main focus over the past few years. Weekend updates, remote trainings and fun virtual activities keep the family together, even in difficult times. Several measures, like a personal budget and special leave, make working from home work for our staff.

We also partner with several initiatives that are closely aligned with our company values, like the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, Net4Kids and the Salesforce 1-1-1 pledge.

Labour

Social responsibility is at the heart of our business. We foster diversity, convinced that an inclusive workplace where everyone feels engaged is an important driver for our success. We are proud that many of our staff think Nextview is a great place to work and believe that a healthy and flexible work-life balance improves performance and creates a happy team.

We even created a Mood Ministry to keep track of our staff’s well-being! And it pays of, as our acknowledgments as Great Place to Work show.

Ethical business

We are proud of the trust our clients put in us, and do all we can to keep it that way. We treat your information with confidentiality and have data protection guidelines in place to ensure that privacy and security are integrated in our way of working.

Our staff keeps us updated on side activities and accepts no more than a small occasional gift. As we value the ability to speak up freely, Nextview prohibits retaliation against any employee for raising concerns or supporting the investigative process that follows.
