Leading Summit Salesforce partner Nextview collaborates with Bring Women Back to Work in Central and Eastern Europe
We are thrilled to announce our recent partnership with "Bring Women Back to Work" in Central and Eastern Europe. Led by the Marta Sucharska-Mistry in the CEE region, this initiative has its sights set on empowering women looking to make a comeback in the workforce after a career break. And guess what? We've already got a success story to tell you about. So, meet Beata Maciejewska, a force of nature, a mom-extraordinaire, and an absolute trailblazer who embodies the BWBW spirit and is now a vital part of our expanding Platform practice at Nextview Consulting.
Beata's Remarkable Journey
Beata's professional journey began in Japan, where she pursued her academic dreams, earning a Doctor of Philosophy in Comparative Culture and Area Studies with a focus on Japanese politics. However, upon returning to her home country of Poland in 2018, she faced challenges securing employment. She began her career as an academic lecturer at a well-known university in Poznan, but her life took a transformative turn in May 2021 when she discovered Salesforce. In addition to her academic background, Beata went all-in on gaining hands-on experience. In 2022, she joined a four-month IT mentoring program (Salesforce path) for women. Immediately afterwards completed a three-month intensive internship at a well-known Polish-based Salesforce Partner from July to September 2022. During her internship, she fine-tuned her practical skills, worked within a SCRUM team, and gained the motivation to secure her first job in Salesforce. Beata's journey is still on the fast track as she's been part of the "Bring Women Back to Work" program since June 2023, proving her dedication to leveling up her career. She's even bagged three Salesforce certifications: Associate, Admin, and PD1, showing her commitment to this new adventure.

Beata's encounter with Salesforce ignited a passion for learning that led her to transition from academia to the world of Salesforce development. Her story didn’t go unnoticed when she met Nextview's recruiters Jarek Kotula and Phillip Poynton during the Salesforce CharITy hackathon in Wrocław earlier this year. Beata's determination and enthusiasm shone through and marked the beginning of her journey into the Salesforce consulting world.
