About Nextview Consulting
Nextview Consulting was founded in 2009. We help organisations get real value from Salesforce and AI. We are a Salesforce partner and an Anthropic Select Partner in the Claude Partner Network. We also partner with Hubbl, so we can measure a client's Salesforce org before any work starts.
That makes us an AI-enabled Salesforce partner. We design, build and run solutions where Salesforce, Claude and agents work together. Our design-led approach keeps the focus on what people actually need. Nextview is a Certified B Corporation and has been a Great Place to Work seven years in a row.
About the associate network
Our associate network is for independent professionals who want to work with us on a project basis. You run your own business. We bring you assignments that fit your skills and availability.
You work alongside Nextview teams at our clients across Europe. Sometimes for a few weeks, sometimes for months. You choose which assignments you take. No assignment open right now? You stay in our network, and we contact you when the right one comes up.
Profiles we look for
We work with more than technical specialists. We regularly look for:
- Project managers and programme managers
- Scrum Masters and Agile coaches
- Business consultants and business analysts
- Salesforce consultants, architects and developers
- MuleSoft and integration specialists
- AI and Claude specialists, including agentic AI and Agentforce
- Change and adoption specialists
What an assignment looks like
- You deliver a clear result for a client: a project, a sprint team, an analysis, a design or a build.
- You agree the scope, planning and deliverables with us and the client up front.
- You work in mixed teams with Nextview consultants, architects and developers.
- You bring your own expertise and way of working, and you share what works.
Work AI-native
- Use Claude and AI tools to speed up analysis, documentation and reporting.
- Check AI output with your own judgement.
- Help clients and teams see where AI and agents can take work off their hands.
About you
- You are self-employed, with your own company or as a ZZP'er.
- At least 5 years of experience in your field.
- Experience with Salesforce, SaaS or AI projects is a plus.
- You work independently and take ownership of the result.
- You are curious about generative AI and use tools like Claude in your work.
- Fluent in English. Dutch or another European language is a plus.
- Based in The Netherlands, Sweden, Poland or the Czech Republic.
