Salesforce Partner Nextview acquires Digital Banking Platform

Nextview Consulting, a leading European Salesforce Consulting Partner, today announced the acquisition of the Digital Banking Platform from the trustees of FIBR Bank. The Intellectual Property and codebase include the data model and workflows for Retail Savings, SME Lending and Origination Lending. Besides the customer contact processes also all legal and regulatory processes to run a bank are included. Nextview Consulting was part of the inception of the platform and built all the integrations API based, so all Financial Services customers can accelerate their digital transformation.

Salesforce Partner Nextview acquires Digital Banking Platform

FIBR bank was the digital bank for European Business Owners and part of Amsterdam Trade Bank. FIBR had approximately 23.000 customers, primarily in the Netherlands and Germany. FIBR went bankrupt in April ‘22. In recent years FIBR built a complete new digital banking platform based on the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform.

Nextview Consulting is now the owner of the building blocks for a digital native bank. The acquisition of the complete Intellectual Property and codebase of the Digital Banking Platform from FIBR builds on Nextview Consulting's continued investment in deepening its Salesforce advisory services specifically for Banks and Insurers.

“We believe that the digital banking platform that we built for FIBR is a state of the art market leading banking platform” said Nikolaj Kiepe, Financial Services Director at Nextview Consulting. “With the acquisition of these building blocks we offer a unique head start for all Financial Services organizations who are looking to innovate and bring their cost of the digital transformations down”.

This news follows the recent backing of Salesforce Ventures in 2021 and NIBC Investment Partners in 2022, which provided growth capital for Nextview’s European expansion. Nextview Consulting, a Certified B-Corp and Summit Partner (the highest tier), has successfully expanded in the German market and has since then grown to one of the largest European boutique Salesforce partners. In September Nextview Consulting announced the acquisition of Mooza Inspire, the leading Salesforce Partner in Poland & Czech Republic. Also, they have been awarded a Great Place to Work for six consecutive years. Nextview Consulting reaches Eur +22m Revenue, 200 experts, and 750+ Salesforce Certifications.
