Further Integration Standard Reporting and Dashboarding with CRM Analytics

The beauty of modern CRM platforms lies in their ability to pull together disparate data points and present them in a unified, easily digestible way. The integration of standard reporting and dashboarding with CRM Analytics is now a reality, offering a seamless user experience that brings together various analytics tools under a single umbrella.

At the center of this unification is the Analytics tab, a hub where you can interact with Lightning reports, dashboards, CRM Analytics assets, and even Einstein Discovery models. Advanced search functions, intelligent recommendations, and collections of all your analytics enhance this user experience.

Additionally, the integration also extends to communication platforms such as Slack. With the 'Post to Slack' option on Lightning dashboards and the CRM Analytics for Slack app, sharing vital analytical insights with colleagues has never been easier.

The most noteworthy addition in this integration is the updated Analytics home, a personalized environment that amalgamates all your CRM Analytics, reports, and dashboards. This feature not only enhances accessibility but also makes data management more cohesive and efficient.

First steps in integration CRM Analytics with Tableau

The potential of CRM Analytics expands dramatically when paired with the robust capabilities of Tableau. In the beta phase, the fusion of these two powerful tools is paving the way for a more immersive analytics experience.

With the new 'Publish Tableau Content to CRM Analytics' feature, users can gain insights from Tableau Cloud and Tableau Server data directly from CRM Analytics Home. This option eliminates the need for embedding Tableau views or installing additional software, streamlining the whole process.

Moreover, users can combine Tableau Cloud and Tableau Server views with CRM Analytics content within a single dashboard, apply Tableau filters, and share it with their colleagues. To ensure smooth access to this integrated data, the Analytics Home provides a 'favorite the dashboard' option.

Data Cloud

Data Cloud, previously known as the Customer Data Platform, marks a significant milestone in the evolution of customer data management. The renaming symbolizes an array of new capabilities and updated documentation that come with the brand transition.

One key feature is the new Tableau connector, which offers a seamless connection between Data Cloud and Tableau. The connector enhances usability by showing the object label instead of the object API name in the Tableau connect UI, providing more user-friendly table names.

Additionally, the Tableau connector is equipped with a driverless feature, automatically included in a Tableau install and removing the need for additional installation steps.

In the context of Salesforce Flow, Data Cloud enhances the capabilities of Flow Builder, enabling it to pull records from Data Cloud objects.

As businesses continue to explore the vast potential of data and analytics, these new features promise to make the journey smoother and more productive, consolidating and streamlining operations to promote efficient and insightful decision-making.
