360-degree Asset view

One of the things that make Salesforce so exciting is one page overviews of so many things. Thankfully now, for Manufacturing Cloud, another one is added to the list. Have you ever felt like assets are sometimes a big black box without a clear picture of related activities, accounts, warranties and the like? The 360 degree asset view makes all those headaches go away!

There is now a single page for each asset that provides you with an insight into many related records, like a timeline and milestone viewer. No more digging through records to asset related information.

Warranty Lifecycle Management

Warranty Management is one of those subjects that is necessary, but becomes complicated very quickly. Thanks to the Summer ‘23 release, it is now possible to create a warranty framework with standardised rules for managing the end-to-end warranty lifecycle. 

Create standard fault codes to record the errors covered under specific warranties and capture labour codes to know the amount of hours associated with labour services. 

It makes judging warranty claims so much easier as Warranty terms can be made granularly and set on a more detailed level. Determine expenses and increase transparency towards your partners, by allowing them to follow the status of their claims via an Experience Cloud portal.
