Nextview has built a strong base of business in supporting financial services organizations in their Salesforce adoption journeys, driven by a dedicated FS team with deep experience in mortgages, banking and insurance. Clients include the lending business of one of Europe’s largest financial services groups.

We recently acquired a digital banking platform from the trustees of FIBR Bank. Originally we helped it to build an entirely new digital bank based on the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including all regulatory workflows and integrations with other core banking applications, and we will now offer this as an out-of-the-box solution to support lending, mortgage and origination services. We also have industry-specific service blueprints for digital onboarding and KYC in banking and P&C insurance.

Manufacturing is Nextview's primary industry sector, and the vendor's combination of a design-led approach, strong industry domain knowledge (with senior team members coming from a background at manufacturing organizations leading a dedicated team) and deep Salesforce technical expertise, is helping it to unlock the potential of the Salesforce portfolio for clients in Northern Europe. The company was recently named as Manufacturing Partner of the Year by Salesforce and has Expert Status on the Salesforce AppExchange for Manufacturing.

Energy & Utilities

The Energy and Utilities is a strategic industry sector for Nextview, and we are working closely with Salesforce to support the latter's growth in the Benelux and DACH regions.

We demonstrated strong experience in delivering solutions such as Field Service Lightning, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud in a way that meets the specific demands of clients in highly regulated areas of the market, delivering business outcomes such as reduced cost to serve per contract, end-to-end process automation, improved contract compliance and enhanced insight into subcontractor management.

Retail "Emerging Capability"

Retail is an emerging industry for Nextview and its Salesforce expertise, but it is growing rapidly. The vendor has secured recent projects with a major Netherland-based supermarket group and a global top sports brand with whom it has the opportunity to grow its retail and B2C commerce cloud expertise in the coming months.

We are rapidly building its retail sector domain expertise through an expanding pipeline of engagements, and is on track to reach the same level of scale and industry focus as its pre-existing strategic markets.
